How do I contact Loluso-Designs? Please use the contact page.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm unless otherwise stated & you will receive a response within 24 hours.

What are your delivery charges?

UK Postage costs are: 

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class - £0.80 - Delivered in 3-5 days
  • Royal Mail 1st Class - £1.40 Delivered in 1-2 days
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded - £1.80 - Delivered in 3-5 days with tracking
  • Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - £2.10 - Delivered in 1-3 days with tracking
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery - £7.75 - Delivered in 2 days guaranteed with tracking
  • Free 1st class delivery for orders over £40.00

E.U Postage Costs:

  • Royal Mail Standard - £4.00 - Delivered in 5 – 28 days
  • Royal Mail tracked - £9.75 - Delivered in 5 – 20 days
  • E.U Orders over £70.00 will be posted free.

You should receive your order within 5 - 28 working days

Rest of World Postage Costs:  

  • Royal Mail Standard - £4.00 - Delivered in 10 – 30 days
  • Royal Mail Standard tracked - £9.75 - Delivered in 10 – 20 days
  • ROW Orders over £100.00 will be posted free.

You should receive your order within 10 - 30 working days

Your item will securely wrapped.

Postal upgrades are available for an additional cost (please contact for details).

If there is a delay in processing your order you will be kept updated the whole time.  

How long will my purchase take to arrive?  

  • UK orders usually within 5 working days
  • E.U orders usually within 28 working days
  • ROW orders usually within 30 working days

Sometimes there may be postal service delays.

  • We cannot be held responsible for the wrong delivery address being entered at the time of checkout. Please make sure your address is correct at the time of purchase as the returning cost for any mistake in the address is the responsibility of the buyer.  

Do I need a Paypal account?  

  • No you don't need a Paypal account. During checkout you will be given the option to proceed without the need to login to Paypal  

What payments do you accept?

  • All major credit/debit cards are accepted as well as postal orders and cheques (UK only) and Paypal. If paying by postal order or cheque (UK ONLY) the item(s) will not be posted until the payment has cleared so please allow additional time if ordering by post.

What is your privacy policy?

  • Loluso-designs will never give out any personal details including email addresses to any third parties. If you would like to be included to receive occasional emails with news and offers from Loluso-designs. You can opt in to receiving updates.


  • If there is something you like but would rather have it in a different colour, size or customised to suit your needs please use the contact us link with your request. All queries will be answered within 24 hours

Everything is handmade

  • Consequently there may be very slight variations from the original image due to each item being individually created.
  • If you need an item that is different to what is available, depending on the design you can send a request through the contact page. Some materials may no longer be available due to the fact that they are one of a kind.

Can my jewellery be gift wrapped?

What is your returns policy?

  • If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, just return it in its original condition, postmarked no later than 14 days after you have received it and a full refund will be returned to you minus postage costs. If an item is faulty upon arrival then an exchange will be given (Please keep proof of postage and the tracking number).
  •  If an item needs to be repaired due to a fault, it will be done so free of charge or a full refund will be given once it has been returned.

  • Custom made orders and earrings are not eligible for a refund. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene and personal safety. 

  •  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to help you. you are also free to return your order within 14 days from the date of purchase. The products you return must be complete, unused, un-assembled and in their original new condition with all original packaging.

  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession.  

  • Cancellation of order before dispatch or delivery If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please email us within 2 hours after you have made your order. A full refund will be issued as soon as the order is cancelled.

  • Any delay cancelling might end up in the item being dispatched.

Cancellation of order after delivery 

  • If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch, the following procedure will apply: Please refuse to accept the item you ordered upon delivery. Contact us via email us within 24 hours after the item has been delivered. We will refund the payment after the item has been returned; the buyer is responsible for the return delivery charge. If you have accepted the parcel we will arrange the collection of your purchase while you are responsible for both the collection and delivery charge. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in case of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods After sale: You have the right to open the package and check the condition of the product for any problems. If there are any problems, please do not accept it; please contact via email for further help. If you accept it, you have indicated that the item is in good condition. We are not responsible for any damage such as scratches after the item has been used, except for the problems of quality.


  • Please consult the previous instruction for your return. Once the item has been returned and checked, we will send you an email confirming this and will make a refund within 5 working days back to the source of the original payment.   If you need to return an item for whatever reason, it MUST be returned to us UNUSED and UNDAMAGED, together with the original packaging for the item and complete with any supporting documentation.
  • For items returned NOT eligible for full refund, we reserve the right to offer partial or no refund.
